The St. Louis River is legendary for its high concentration of Walleye in the spring and early summer months. Spawning, which takes place near the Thomson Dam, brings the fish into the River from Lake Superior and can be targeted by a number of fishing techniques.
You’ll spend the day fishing from Capt. Wade’s well-equipped 20’6″, 2018 Yar-Craft 209-TFX – a highly sought after tournament fishing machine!
We’ll fish with mostly artificial baits and employ both jigging and trolling to entice a strike!
